GSB Shelter is a mortgage-enhanced product. Because of the rising cost associated with home ownership, GSB Credit Union has devised a product that gives our members the needed boost towards the purchase of their dream home.

After just six months of membership, members can apply for a GSB Shelter mortgage loan. You can access up $5 Million for Home Purchase, to build on Own Land or for Home Improvement, with Repayment periods of up to twenty-five (25) years on Building or Buying your home and ten (10) years for home improvement.
Members who are already homeowners may also benefit from this facility.
Members may access the GSB Shelter at a rate of 15% per annum, fixed for the first two years of the loan, variable thereafter. The following is mortgage checklist, which will assist in guiding you to the mortgage for your home. |
