With our new Telebanking Services, your balances are now at your finger tips.

In our continued efforts to deliver quality Member care service, GSB is delighted to inform its Members that you can now call in to get your account balances without speaking to a Member care agent.

Firstly, you must call our offices in order for us to set up your account, which will allow you to access this service. Once your account has been set up you will be able to access your balance by following the five steps below with guidance from our automated system.

- Numbers to dial 922-6773 / 922-5277 / 967-9431
- Press 6 during the days or 3 during the nights
- Press 1 for account access
- Account number then # sign
- Pin number then # sign

No more waiting in line or on the telephone for your balances. It’s convenient and right at your fingertips, whether from work or home.
